Privacy policy

Information - Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03 
"Personal data protection law"

 

Pursuant to and under the effects of art. 13 of the "Personal Data Protection Law", USCO SPA, with registered office in Via Delle Nazioni no. 65, in Modena (Mo), tax code and VAT no. 01893120368, as the data controller, is providing you with the following information on processing of your data:

 

A) DATA PROCESSING PURPOSES AND METHODS

“Personal data”, defined by current regulations as “any information relating to a natural person, identified or identifiable, also indirectly, through reference to any other information, including a personal identification number", provided by you by filling out the fields of this form and/or included by you in the curriculum vitae you sent to us, shall be processed in order to consider your candidature, for purposes of seeking and selecting human resources, present and/or future, for a possible working relationship. Please note that, for this purpose, it is absolutely necessary for you to provide "sensitive data", defined by current regulations as "personal data which could reveal racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of political parties, trade unions or religious, philosophical, political or trade union associations or organisations, and also personal data which could reveal state of health and sexual proclivities".

Your personal data will be processed on paper and/or using electronic, computerised and/or telematic instruments and, in any case, using the logic and methods strictly necessary to the purposes of processing.

Specific security measures are adopted by the data controller to prevent loss, illegal or incorrect use of the data and unauthorised access to it. Your personal data will be kept and processed by the data controller in full compliance with the principles of correctness, legality, transparency and protection of confidentiality, with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated in this information. In particular, we inform you that processing will comply with the Appropriate and Minimum Security Measures indicated by arts. 31,33,34,35 and Annex B) of said Law and that personal data referable to you will be processed in accordance with the methods indicated in art. 11 of Legislative Decree 196/03

Your personal data will be kept for a period no longer than the period necessary to pursue the purposes previously indicated, after which, if not expressly reconfirmed by you, it will be destroyed.

 

B) OBLIGATORY OR OPTIONAL PROVIDING OF DATA

Providing your personal data is optional but you must fill out all the fields marked with an asterisk (obligatory fields) for your candidature to be considered.

 

C) THE CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL TO RESPOND

If you refuse to provide the data and/or provide imprecise and/or incomplete information, it might be impossible for our company to consider your candidature or sufficiently assess your professional profile.

 

D) THE PARTIES OR THE CATEGORIES OF PARTIES TO WHOM THE DATA MAY BE COMMUNICATED OR WHO MAY LEARN IT AS THE APPOINTED MANAGERS AND DISCLOSURE OF THE DATA

Your personal data will be processed exclusively by parties specifically appointed by the data controller as the data processing managers and/or data processors. Said parties shall only process your data when necessary for the purposes for which it is provided and only in performance of the duties assigned to them by the data controller, processing exclusively the data needed to perform said duties and performing only the operations necessary for this.

Your personal data will not be communicated to third parties or disclosed.

 

E) RIGHTS ACCORDING TO ARTICLE 7

You may exercise the rights under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 at any moment. “Right of access to personal data and other rights”, as reported in full below:

1. The person concerned is entitled to obtain confirmation of whether or not their own personal data exists, even if not registered, and whether it is communicated in intelligible form.

2. The person concerned is entitled to be informed of:

a) the origin of the personal data;

b) the processing purposes and methods;

c) the logic applied when processing is performed using electronic instruments;

d) the identity of the the data controller, the data processing managers and the representative appointed pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;

e)  the parties or the categories of parties to whom the data may be communicated or who may learn it as the appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or processors.

3. The person concerned is entitled to obtain:

a) revision, correction or, if desired, supplementing of the data;

b)  deletion, conversion into anonymous form or blocking of data processed illegally, including data which does not need to be kept in relation to the purposes for which it has been collected and subsequently processed;

c) certification that the operations of letters a) and b) have been disclosed, even only in terms of their content, to anyone to whom the data itself has been communicated or disclosed, unless this is impossible or would involve a use of resources which is manifestly disproportionate to the right being protected.

4. The party concerned may partially or fully oppose:

a) for legitimate reasons, processing of their own personal data, even for the reasons for which it has been collected;

b) processing of their personal data in order to send advertising or direct sales material or to conduct market surveys or make business communications.

 

F) IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER AND, IF APPOINTED, THE REPRESENTATIVE IN THE TERRITORY OF THE STATE PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 5 AND THE DATA PROCESSING MANAGER
