Massimo Galassini
Massimo Galassini is a cofounder and the chairman of USCO and boasts thirty years’ experience in the sector. He began his career in 1981 as Sales Manager for the Middle and Far East working for a company, which the Group would later buy, dedicated to the manufacture and sale of spare parts. In 1989 together with his current partners he founded USCO and over the years took on a managing role in many of the operating companies gradually acquired or set up and which characterise the current corporate structure. In 2008 the current chairman of Confindustria Modena invited him to join the executive committee.
Rolando Barbieri
Rolando Barbieri is a cofounder, member of the board of directors and the Logistics Manager and his experience in the sector dates back to 1973 when he worked for ITR S.p.A., initially in the Engineering Department and later in the Logistics Department. Since then he has structured the logistic processes, mainly dedicating his time to product inflow and outflow and stock level control, creating the foundations for a system characterised by maximum business efficiency.
Paolo Galassini
Paolo Galassini, Massimo’s brother, joined the team and the board of directors in 2008 and has held the position of Sales Manager since 1996. Paolo boasts many years’ experience in the Middle East and South American markets and coordinates a substantial part of the sales activities thanks to his economic qualifications and mastery of four foreign languages.
