Massimo Galassini, founder and Chairman of USCO, possesses thirty years' experience in the field of components for earth moving machines.
He began his career in 1981 as Sales Manager for the Middle and Far East on behalf of a company the Group was subsequently to take over, which manufactured and marketed repair parts.
In 1989, he founded USCO and over the years, took on managing roles in many of the acquired or established trading companies that make up the current corporate structure.
He has been Vice President of Confindustria Modena since 2014, responsible for internationalization.
Rolando Barbieri is a Board Member and Logistics Manager of USCO.
His experience in the sector began in 1973 when he worked for ITR S.p.A., first in the Engineering Department and then in the Logistics Department.
Since then he has structured the logistic processes, mainly dedicating his time to product inflows/outflows and stock level control, thereby creating the foundations for a system based on maximum business efficiency.
Paolo Galassini is a Board Member and Sales Manager of USCO.
Thanks to his economics background and command of four different languages, Paolo started working as Sales manager for USCO in 1996.
Over the years, he has developed the business in the Middle East and South America while currently, thanks to the experience he has acquired, he coordinates the USCO sales team.
